| he Walt Disney Co. has named 11 new "legends" -- people whose work has made a significant and lasting impact on the entertainment company's legacy. A ceremony took place at the Disney Legends Plaza in Burbank, Calif., and was presided over by Bob Iger, Disney's president and chief executive officer. Among the honorees were longtime television newswoman Barbara Walters, sports broadcaster Frank Gifford, and Wayne Allwine and Russi Taylor, who provide the voices of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. Also honored were Bob Booth, Dorothea Redmond and Neil Gallagher -- Disney "Imagineers,"; Toshio Kagami, representative director, chairman and chief executive of the Oriental Land Co.; animators Burny Mattinson and Walt Peregoy; and musician Oliver Wallace.
