| Well i decided i would ask you guys some of the classic Star Wars Controversy questions here to get everyones opinions, so I'm Stating off with the one that started it all. At the end of Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope a big awards ceremony took place after the Destruction of the Death Star and Princess Leia gives a Medal to both Han and Luke but for some reason not to Chewbaca. Now this has been parodied by just about anyone who catches it and tried to be explained. In the non-canion Star Wars Spoof Comic "Tag and Binks are Dead: Part 2," Tag finds a Medal with the name "Chewie" on it which was lost sometime before or after the ceremony when the rebels threw a wild frat-like Party to celebrate. In my "Secret Origins of Darth Stitch" story, right as Leia was giving Chewbaca the Medal, Stitch Snatched it away, which is why Chewie howled at the end of the movie. But what do you guys think happened? Was Chewie simply not worthy of a medal, could they not find a long enough necklace for it, or what? lol

| Maybe the metal that the medals are made of react to Chewie's body hair.
Another alternative would be that the medal chain kept getting caught in Chewie's body hair and was hurting Chewie's sensitive skin?
Yet another solution - maybe Chewie thought he was too much of a party animal and thought he would lose the medal.
